This is an ear gauge that functions doubly as a fidget spinner that my friend asked me to make for her after seeing the one I made for my other friend. It utilizes two 3 x 6 x 2.5mm ball bearings stacked on each other (per gauge piece), and then the two plug pieces fit inside the bearings to make the held piece of the spinner. It isn't weighted on the edges, so it probably won't spin very well unless printed in a very dense plastic or in metal, but honestly, I only made this for the meme.
