Filament Roll (Optimus Remix)

I was having issues printing the filament roll spool supplied by Febtops github.
I took their design and split it into 2 parts.
The way I've reproduced the part was as follows.

1. Print the outer spool, don't use supports.
2. Print the inner spool, Once the print reaches approx. 75mm in Z height, or 80% completion press the settings button then pause the print.
3. In the print head movement window select 10 as the unit of measurement and raise the head 10 times.
4. Slide the outer spool
