I've yet to make this but I will upload a video once it's been printed out. I'm not overly keen on the tyre shape yet as I feel that the side walls are too rounded for a successful print so I may change that in the future. I would recommend printing this with TPU, I would experiment with the number of perimeters and the infill to get the "squishiness" you desire, and yes that's the technical term.
