PSU MKS Bracket

Its a bracket to attach an MKS board to the top shell screws of a salvaged dell PSU. Holes are proprietary I think. Front reference is with AC-In on left, wire harness and fan on right. Relative to this, the bracket mounts to the top, intended to be turned on its side (Top facing you). Hole offsets to center (for checking compatibility):

Left 13mm inset, 5mm from side
Right: 20mm inset bottom 17mm inset top, 5mm from side.

If these line up, it should fit
