I took scootercommuter's Wide Mouth Jar Ring and modified it so that a jar can be screwed in from both ends. The sizes of the jars can be mixed, depending on your requirements, as long as they are both wide mouth mason jars.

There are several different uses for this adapter:

1) Use WITHOUT the jar's metal lids to store things normally too tall to fit in a single jar, like uncooked spaghetti

2) Use WITH the metal lids as a lunch container with different food items in each end
