I have the MP Select Mini and the 4DM Brutus Bed Upgrade, I ran my wiring out of the side to the back (see pics). This cable clip will work for you maybe as I did some modifications to the bed and I ran my wires differently than most people. Someone may have done the same thing so that's why I'm uploading this design/remix. This is a remix of a part for another printer actually (see source).
This may work with other 4DM bed Maximus, not sure as I have Brutus.
