This is the universal lock pinning follower I'm using.
It has on one side a hole that takes and holds pins, which makes repinning easy and on the other side is a big V-groove which works even nicer (I'm using this side usually).
It is made for 12.5mm core diameter.
It also has a slit for a DIY pinning shoe.
I recommend printing the V4 follower (it's the newer version) and print it with the V-groove down, this way it prints nicest.
