Saw a design flaw in the original...how are you going to get the clamp pieces together if the rod is already there...only thing I could think of to fix was put them together in tinkercad for a print in place solution...tested and works fine.

You will need the other KLAMP parts from the original

Created some 3mm pins...print em...gonna have to clean/sand em a tiny bit...press em in...and bazinga...completely printed without needing screws
