Tramp HV VTX Mount

No screw holes... ...the Tramp HV VTX doesn't have a nice way to mount itself to my Eachine Racer 250. So I started with the following designs:

Merged these together and designed a mounting feature for the VTX itself.
This is revision 0. The design "works"; however, is not refined. Thus, I am posting it with the following issues:
- Requires hot glue to hold the boards in place... :-(
