Simple cable holder

I needed some way to wrap my cable around something and mount it in my car. The idea is that the cable goes from my lighter USB converter, wraps around this gizmo and then to my phone. The gizmo is mounted to the car dash using a 1 inch cable tie mount and a cable tie (see pic). The cable tie is fed through the holes and attaches the cable tie mount to the gizmo, and the cable tie mount can then be adhered to any surface.
