Thumbwheel for Ultimaker2, with scale 0.01 mm and grip

I create this for my Ultimaker2 printer, based on "Thumbwheel M3 with scale 0.01 mm with grip (Nut on bottom)" of jamesarm97. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:874155)

And I did some modify:
1. Enlarge for UM2 screw size
2. A little modify on scales.
a) 0 to 4 instead of 1 to 5, so that I can get a 0 position.
b) Shorter middle scale mark, smaller than main mark.
