Replacement MP Select Plus upper x-carriage rod / bushing holder

My MP Select Plus came with the upper X carriage rod holder broken -- possibly why it was an open box discount, though I'd have thought they'd have checked the basic parts =] I figured before sending it back I'd first try whipping up a replacement on my other printer. So far it seems to be working well, though I may reprint sometime with it modified for heat-set inserts. The plastic threads are actually working surprisingly well so far, so we'll see how long they last.
