Wheel 2.0 is diameter 160mm and 80mm wide. (pictures)
Wheel 3.0 is diameter 195mm and 60mm wide.

Both have a 7mm deep 13.3mm hexagon shape from the back to fit a M8 nut to lock wheel to axle. this shape has a chamfer to be able to print without over hangs.
