This is a tag for any event. You can either print out letters and glue it to the tag or just use a sharpie. The hole is big enough to fit a zip tie or string. I created this model because I could not find a better looking gift tag on Thingiverse. This was designed in Onshape. I hope you find this perfect for what you need.
