Geeetech G2s Ikea Bestå stabilizing mount

Hard mountpoints to stabilise a Geeetech G2s inside an Ikea Bestå closet (http://www.ikea.com/nl/nl/catalog/products/20245964/#/30245850).

These components allow the G2s to be fixated inside a closet to ensure the printer does not move during printing. This is especially critical during higher printing speeds (>100mm/s) where this easily causes print defects.
