OpenDungeonTiles: Magnetic Base 2x2

V1: The lock is now a nub lock

Assembly: Insert 5mm magnetic spheres into the 8 holes, glue thinner piece on top. When placing other parts onto the base, the thinner glued on part should be on the bottom. (I am working on assembly video/instructions)
