Extra cooling fan for Ormerod 2

I wanted to add two fans to my Ormerod 2 to better cool the part whilst printing.
I use http://noctua.at/en/nf-a4x10-flx as they are almost silent.
This fan spacer allows attachment of the two fans, whilst I mirrored the original fan duct so both fans can be placed close together.
