Wanhao Duplicator I3 Indicator Mount

This is a remixed part for a Dial indicator mount, for a Monoprice Maker Select.

The part I based it off of doesn't quite fit my X axis rod (8mm), so I enlarged the cutout.

I also extended the top lip so I can hold onto the dial indicator without needing to mount to both X axis rods, and lengthened where the straight meets the lower X axis rod. This essentially makes two separate datum points without forcing the mount onto the X axis rods.
