Slic3r Configuration - Monoprice Delta Mini Printer

UPDATE 9Aug2017: More testing. I need to tweak temperatures to reduce stringing, but the revision 1 profile seems to work very well overall. The picture is a build of my Art Deco Fountain Pen Drying Stand (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2334018)

UPDATE 7Aug2017: Revision 1 includes the following changes:
- Revised the prime loop. It's now 3mm from the part perimeter, rather than 6mm.
- Added a 2mm brim for adhesion
- Changed the autolevel method from basic to P2 (verb
