anet a8 e3d fanduct remix

this is a remix of sjouke (check him out makes great things) his is made for the standard hot end and extruder for the anet a8 but recently I had upgraded to the e3d v6 and the thermostat and heating element kept hitting ton one side so I have cut out a section to clear these problems
