This is the ball part of the 1" Double Ball RAM component, RAM-B-230. I designed it to be assembled with two pan-head Philips 1/4-20 screws and a 1/4-20 coupling nut. Printing with the screw axis vertical will allow the metal components to hold the ball together to resist layer delamination. Of course, you would need to print two ball ends to make the Double Ball component, but with a 1/4-20 female end, your options are wide open. It's practically begging to be mounted to a tripod.
