This is a low profile tensioner.
I use a M3 x 20mm screw to adjust the tension. this screw is directly screwed into the plastic to pull the belt but a nut can be added.
This design used two F623ZZ Miniature Flange Deep Groove bearing to retain the belt.
Add the V2 with minor improvements.
