Remix of Tevo Tarantula's Belt Tensioner Design

I love the design of this original belt tensioner. Unfortunately, (and maybe this is a difference in the Select Mini V1 versus the V2), there are several issues with the original design that make it difficult to use with the V2, so I have tweaked this design ad nauseam until I think I finally have it perfected.
