up! mini fan cooler holder

Inspired by cun's thing no. 656793 I created a similar hook for holding a fan in front of the building platform. Due to hot temperatures in summer PLA-printing was quite a mess without sufficient cooling.
Add a fan, connect it to somewhere on the board (12 V) and enjoy.
