J-Hook GoPro Adapter for Topeak Handlebar Bag Mount

I own a [Topeak Handlebar Bag](https://www.topeak.com/global/en/products/handlebar-bags/128-compact-handlebar-bag) that attaches to my bike via a sturdy plastic mount on my bike's handlebars. Since I really only use that bag when bike touring, why not use the clip as a mount for my Gopro when I'm commuting to and from work?
