Cr-10 (A31) filament guide - small update

UPDATE: Although, this is simple, I think this:

is a much better contraption, which I recommend and use myself and I will remix to support filament mounted at the top of the CR-10 / Afinibot A31

Just modified it a bit so the bend of the filament is less, so that it does not make so much noise. Also increased the size of the "inside" to make it easier to attach. Added Fusion 360 file for people to edit
