Cr-10 (A31) Dial Gauge Indicator for bed

Remixed this (from Caster, who was kind to provide the STEP file) to fit the dial indicator I bought (http://www.ebay.com/itm/0-01mm-Accuracy-Precision-Indicator-Gauge-Dial-Indicator-Measurement-Instrument/262773031533?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649) and also adjusted it, so it fits the housing of the hotend on my Afinibot A31, which seems to be a bit different from the (curent) CR-10.
