Autolevel Probe mount for Folger Tech FT-5 and Mk8 extruders

This is a mount to install a inductive proximity probe on the FolgerTech FT-5 and many other types of printers that use this style of extruder. Install it between the heatsink and the fan
Must be printed using ABS or other high-temperature plastic.

I've attached the firmware I use for the FT5 as well. This is Marlin version 2.0.0 Bug fix as of August 14, 2017. It's somewhat customized but will work fine on a stock FT5.
