This is a stabilizing foot for a Voxel printer that uses the 80mm x 20mm linear rail from Open Builds.

The two inner holes are designed for the M5 x 8mm low profile screws.

There is 20mm on either side of the foot with extra holes that can be used to bolt the foot down to a table or clamps.
