Wilson 2. Heavy Duty Y Tensioner.

Redesigned vchan3m's tensioner to make it stronger as well as easier to print for larger nozzles. I am using a 16 toothed idler for better torque. But larger idlers or bearings will fit as well.

It uses an m3 x 20mm screw to hold the idler. Which is secured by an m3 nut.

An m3 x 20mm screw is used to adjust the tension. Just like the original Wilson 2 Y tensioner. If you print w/ a large nozzle you may need to heat up the m3 nut for it to slide down the hole.
