Cane Cup Zip-Tied for walker or rollator

Remixed the cane cup from zumili's excellent Walking Stick Rollator Mount so that it only requires one piece be printed and only needs a long zip-tie to mount.

May be useful if, like me, the correct sized metal pieces for his model are not on hand or there is a desire to save print time.
