Customized Bowden Extruder Mount With 1/8'' BSPT Thread

I have decided to heavily edit the original [Customizable Bowden Extruder | Mount for ANET A8 & Others](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2204941) as the thread was incompatible with the [original E3D pushfits](http://e3d-online.com/Threaded-Bowden-Coupling-1.75mm-Filament) which use 1/8'' BSPT thread instead of standard M threads. So, I took [Motorbase for 1/8" BSPT push fitting, Anet A8](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2154859) ripped the thread out of it and merged it with the original bowd
