I recently received a Sharp PC-1500 pocket computer with CE-150 printer. Besides the leaky 35-year old NiCd that I replaced the printer gave me the dreaded CHECK:6 error, which was traced to stuck mechanics due to cracked motor pinions.
I didn't expect this to work given the tiny size, but swapped to a 0.25mm nozzle and went away, and got it to work perfectly after only 2 tries.
