Fan mount for Buda's hot end adapted to Greg's extruder

The original fan mount from JesusGomez (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:186143) cannot be used with a Buda adapter (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:57668). This modified version should solve the problem (to be tested with real pieces).
