Holder for chinese bike lane laser, female

Needed a holder that looks like the [Planet Bike holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:8947)... but thanks to no universal bike holder standards, it turns out it is not. Made this one completely customizable with parameters on the source file. The parameters are also labeled to use with the customizer "app" here.
