MakerGear M2 Z-Stop Extension For E3D Hotend

The E3D Hotend adds some length to the M2 extruder assembly, requiring an extension to the Z-axis Endstop. I found that the Printrbot Z Endstop Extension worked nicely but was too short. I extended the length of the assembly.
