slight change from original
- removed bottom access holes (I don't need them, I access all gpio pins from the top, bottom is just allowing crap from the table to make shorts)
- had to cut of pieces of pcb support as on number of boards there's extra solder there hitting them

on top piece I had to move the OTG and AUDIO holes 1.4mm to the side to properly align with the board
