Original Prusa i3 Z-axis Raspberry Pi camera mount

Raspberry Pi camera Z-axis camera mount for the Original Prusa i3 MK2s. This design saves a lot of space if you want to put the printer in an enclosure. Time lapses don't look as good as with the Y-axis mounted version, but you have a good view of the nozzle.
The arm is attached to the right X-axis end piece using the existing holes by replacing the screws with 2x M3x16.
