40mm Fan Adaptor

I needed to replace the stock 40mm cooling fan on my printer and I had a spare 50mm x 15mm blower. The design uses one M4x20 screw and one M4 nut to hold the blower to the adaptor, and it mounts to the existing holes for the original fan.
