Large front for 8 petal lights

Looking for an 8 petal tea light version I came across this [thing](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2385511). Unfortunately I couldn't get it to work in Slic3r due to a large number of errors - so I fixed it.

This version is error free and slices just fine in Slic3r PE.
