Customizable Finger With Nail - Claw Paw from scratch for scratching (remix)

I cleanup the original OpenSCAD file:
- Removed unnecessary shapes
- "difference" on the finish finger instead of "by part", to ensure clean interior
- Added small clearance to help OpenSCAD with "difference"

Otherwise, it's just the same as the original.
