double spark plug holder

I remixed the Spark Plug Holder by dot_bob so the base part is double sided to hold two plugs. I wanted this for my wifes seadoo. Since its for a seadoo I also added a little ledge under the threads for an O ring to sit in hopes of keeping a water tight seal.
