Basically exactly the same as my previous design except I increased the space where the idler is to accommodate a pulley insert and two tiny spaces on either side of it. Pulley insert is the one by TNS https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2138421. Spacers are the tiny m3 spacers that come with the kit. This new setup allows the idler pulley to move without any friction.

Additionally, I increased the radius of the fillets to 3 mm for more SEXY.
