FT Simple Soarer Custom Motor Mount 16x19

While rebuilding my trusty old FT Simpler Soarer, I found jason51873's nice little custom motor mount and printed one out right away. (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2506484)

Only then did I think about measuring the motor mounting holes and realized it didn't fit my NTM Prop Drive Series 28-26A 1200kv which has a 16mmx19mm mounting pattern. Whoops! So I designed this remix from scratch following his original design but made it fit the somewhat standard 16mmx19mm mounting pattern.
