Star Wars Stormtrooper E-11 Blastech Blaster Rifle - Part 3 Fix

After attempting to print Part 3 of this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1308002 multiple times and failing despite doing everything that was recommended in the comments, I decided to roll up my sleeves and try to repair the problems in the model.

One problem I encountered with multiple failed prints was the lack of permanent supports on the side pylon pieces. I added some as an attachment to the barrel in the center, which while it may add a little more to the print time, are well-hidden
