This is a Vacuum "diffusor"
It really is more a 90 degree pipe to send the air blast straight up, instead of out the rear.
Its really annoying when it blows all stuff away behind me, whilst cleaning up front.
It fits a 58mm Outlet of these Shopvac Bucket Vacuums.
