Had a friend that wanted to mount his Creative Zen Mosiac MP3 player on his Harley and then plug it into the stereo amp.
I scratch-designed this in Autodesk Inventor and then printed it in ABS on a Makerbot 2X. The Zen player "pops" into the holder and can be released by pushing through the hole in the back of the clip. It will NOT vibrate out.
The handlebar clamp must be printed in ABS or PET+ or a similar material for the "living hinge" to work. PVA would be too brittle. When done in
