CR-10 Filament guide/cleaner/oiler

Total redesign based on the common filament guide found on Thingiverse. I dont like most of them because the filament is guided in at an angle causing wear on the extruder. I also wanted to incorporate a filament filter that didnt use any form of hinge or lid and could be oiled easily while the printer is printing (no need to oil if your CR-10 hot end is stock).
