Anycubic Kossel E3D v6 spacer

Spacer Remix. Original had small holes for screws and wasn't high enough.
I've had to change screws for retainer to M3x16 to be long enough.
V2 has tighter tolerances and slightly increased inner cavity diameter to fit e3d bowden clip from here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1620721
