I wanted to cut dovetails into the end of some boards to make shelving, so this is my router jig. The holes line-up with my Performance Pro router baseplate and sets the bit so it cuts 5mm into a 19mm wide board (you need to set the bit depth to 9mm). With two passes it routes a dovetail that is 9mm deep and 9mm wide at its narrowest point. There is a moulding in the channel which fits the half dovetail as the material is removed by the bit and the wood moves through the channel. It needs a 0.5
